She gave us great advice and guidance during a very competitive housing market allowing us to have an offer accepted on a house we couldn’t be happier in. Purchasing a home can be stressful, especially from afar. Her knowledge and expertise are invaluable. With Brenda by our side we felt confident through every step of the process.

We were new to the area and didn't have a realtor picked out for our next home purchase. We met Brenda through a real estate coordinator site when we wanted to go see a random home at the beginning of our next chapter house search. We didn't buy that particular house but we were glad we met Brenda in the process. We chose to stick with her as our buyers agent through the next 8 months it took to find us our new home. Brenda was always professional but honest about the houses we viewed based on our criteria we laid out and would not let us settle for anything less than our perfect home. The market was fierce and whether rain, sleet or snow she would get us in to see a house most of the time within the first few hours it came on the market. When frustration set in, she was always positive and reassuring she was not going to stop until she found us the home that we were looking for. We did eventually find us our perfect home and after living in our new home for 5 months we still amazed in this market we didn't have to settle. We are so glad we had her as our realtor beside us through this journey. She is a fun, outgoing and driven person who loves helping other write their next chapter when it comes to buying or selling a home and would highly recommend her if you are looking for an agent.

Its hard for me to put into words how thankful I am for Brenda. Listing my house was very emotional for me and she was beyond comforting. What can I say....the Lord was really looking out for us when He sent this marvelous woman into my life. In a year of Covid, we had one of the roughest. We were preparing to sell but were doing some renovations and although we were still 3 months out from being ready to put our home on the market she came in and gave us suggestions of some simple things to add value to our home and make it more appealing! The night before we were to take pictures my large glass patio table smashed to smithereens. I was tired, hopeless, and ready to throw in the towel.I just didn't believe there was any way to go forward. I had so much to do still. There was glass in between every patio block. She told me to go home, rest, and she would be there in the morning. The next morning I arrived to find her with her shop vac on her hands and knees vacuuming every last piece of glass up. She planted flowers, cleaned floors, and staged the inside and outside. She gave me comfort in my biggest time of need, and never gave up on me when I couldn't see the light. 10 days later she brought an all cash offer to the table and closed 6 days later! I don't know anyone in the world that works as hard as Brenda and have such respect and admiration for everything she has done for us! Brenda made the home buying process super easy for my wife and I. We are relocating from West MI to Metro Detroit, and between COVID, having to make the trips out to look at homes, and our busy schedules as new parents Brenda was fantastic.
